Shoot the Creeps Game Submission for CS329E w/ Dr. Toprac
I added some extra things.

- Pause System:  Have a really high score and need to take a break? Press Escape.
- Shop System: You can buy over 200+ unique ships with the currency you earn.
- Autosave: Your high scores, stars, and current ship are all saved to memory. Come back anytime!
- Stylized game: Enjoy a nicer looking space-themed game.
- Omni-directional Parallax Background: Enjoy the depths of infinite space.
- Enemies fight back: Yes, you heard it. They will try and stop you from killing them.
- Health bar: Don't let it run too low or you will die!
- Spatial audio: Go really far away from those noisy laser-making enemies for bliss.
